Vince Palamara -- Self-Described "Lone Nutter" -- Set to Strike Again

Let's try to move forward.

I was kinda hopin' for answers to your questions, Charles.....

David,

Out of respect for Vince's earliest work, and because at heart I'm just a cockeyed optimist, I've decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and not review his book before it's published.

That being noted, I expect Vince to answer all of my questions, including but not limited to:

Do you "believe in" conspiracy, or are you prepared to stake your reputation on a bold statement of your certain knowledge of conspiracy?

AND

Did Lee Harvey Oswald, acting alone, kill the president? Yes or no?

AND

Do you, in your own words, "STILL STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THE SECRET SERVICE'S GROSS
NEGLIGENCE LED TO THE DEATH OF JFK *AND* THERE INEPT HANDLING OF
PRE-11/22/63 THREATS TO JFK AIDED AND ABETTED BOTH OSWALD *AND* THE
POTENTIAL (SEPARATE) CONSPIRATORS WHO WERE, FOR VARIOUS REASONS,
UNABLE TO SEE THEIR GOAL COME TO FRUITION (BUT LOVED THE FACT THAT
OSWALD DID THEIR DIRTY WORK)"?

The use of the word "failure" in Vince's title is disturbing insofar as it indicates that he will argue that "gross negligence" rather than criminal intent and action on the part of certain Secret Service agents "led to the death of JFK".

But again, I've given my word to Vince publicly that I'll read his book without prejudice. Until then, Vince and I have entered into a truce -- one that I intend to honor.

Always good to correspond with you, David. Please stick around DPF; your contributions are valued.

If an individual, through either his own volition or events over which he had no control, found himself taking up residence in a country undefined by flags or physical borders, he could be assured of one immediate and abiding consequence: He was on his own, and solitude and loneliness would probably be his companions unto the grave.
-- James Lee Burke, Rain Gods

You can't blame the innocent, they are always guiltless.  All you can do is control them or eliminate them.  Innocence is a kind of insanity.
