That's all I could find there. Does anyone know anymore about Monte Evans himself? Had he been a victim of MKULTRA, as was the character in the movie, Conspiracy Theory? Are his own experiences described in his book, The Rather Narrative? I have not read his book, and probably will never have a chance to do so.
