So many events in the early years of Nazi Germany and Italy are being repeated here today. It is just eerie.
The attitude toward women, for example. In Germany it was stated that the role of women was restricted to
"Children, Kitchen, and Church." Here, the rights of women as free citizens are hampered by anti-abortion laws,
anti-contraception rules, lower than standard pay for equal work, lack of access to medical treatments (especially
for impoverished women, and possible forthcoming lack of support for food and medicine for themselves and
their children). Lack of justice in cases of rape and violent crimes, and more....
