Most of what you write is brilliantly spot on. This is not.
These of events of which you write do indeed seem to be black ops as a part of a strategy of tension (SOT). I think Scott Creighton misses the point. An SOT is designed to create tension -- not to release it. Removing guns from the populace is a kind of resolution of tension. I see these deep events as creating even more tension along these lines: 1) multiple black ops with striking similarities, 2) (feeble) attempts to limit guns, 3) reactions to 2) -- buying more guns and ammo, introducing the concepts of guarding every school with multiple guards, getting guns and training into the hands of teachers, ramping up the rhetoric about liberals "taking our guns away," etc. There's your tension. The resolution? Where it has always been -- the transformation into weakened neofascist state as a world grouping of neo-fascist states at permanent war with one another. Yes, breaking the horse is the final goal, but first ...
