Wouldn't it be [past] time to initiate legal action against Dallas City and all entities involved about this?! Brad Kizzia would be the natural choice of attorney, IMO...but time is a wastin' and if I were to place a bet, if they can't figure out a way to throw it out of Court on some stupid, illogical, illegal procedural grounds, then they'd drag their feet, and have it 'decided' after the event. On the face of it, and more so when you look at it in detail, this is Unconstitutional abridgment of the First Amendment [perhaps some others], discriminatory based on political biases/beliefs; likely also against all kinds of TX State and Dallas City ordinances, and all Civil and Equal Rights Legislation.
