And brings us back to many other threads we have on the forum.....where in the deep black political world drugs, gold, diamonds, arms, other valuable resources are secretly traded and contolled by the intelligence agencies for their masters. Certainly reminds on of Iran-Contra and many other off the shelf ventures for the mainstream intelligence agencies at arms-length.
