Two 'improvements' [sic] on the old system they've slipped under the noses of most are
1] there will never be another declaration of war
2] there will nonetheless be perpetual war
3] 'enemy' dead and innocent dead are not to be reported
The one thing that hasn't changed is who benefits from the war - and who looses - same as always. :burnout:
