There is no reason why there could not be a back door to any autopilot to program it. The question is what part of the flight used the AP and what part was manually piloted. I don't know how that can be determined.
You can also fly an advanced military jet using a ground based joystick and controls, which as I remember being told some 12-15 years ago, were linked to satellites that transmitted the remote ground-based pilot instructions - hence the drones flying in Afghanistan and Pakistan being controlled remotely from a USAF ground station in Texas. I have no idea what the time delay is between sending and receiving, but should imagine it is within fractions of a second if highly advanced equipment is used. And used with on-board mini digital cameras are, it seems very effective.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
