'Space lawyers'?! The 'Earth-oriented' lawyers are mostly crap and favor the status quo and rich and powerful persons winning over others, even if the others are their clients all too often.....now, 'Space' lawyers to try to get the ultra rich their mineral and land rights to celestial bodies.....****!~::face.palm::

I'm all for sending the lawyers and the mega rich wing nuts to the moon where they can feast on green cheese. One way ticket.

Ah...not all of us fall into this category.

Granted and no offense meant. I know you and a minority of lawyers really care about the law and helping their clients.....but I've had personal experiences with lawyers who could have been snake oil salesmen or legal corporate prostitutes with no change of style, and daily read about many others in and out of the beltway. I also know some fantastic lawyers who do progressive legal work. My niece does poverty law; there is the ACLU, the CCR and many other such groups and individual lawyers like Pepper, for example who are fantastic...and then there was my uncle, a lawyer who spent the greater part of his life spending his own money for a single cause - barely having enough to hold body and soul together..... in fact, usually [not always] the salaries and bank accounts of lawyers are inversely proportional to their commitment to Justice and the Law - evenly and fairly rendered. Sadly, the profession, as a whole, as the medical profession and many others, as a whole, have been corrupted by societal greed and avarice; and fooled by the Myth of America.

I know you are on the side of the good guys and gals in the legal profession, Dawn....::
