In skimming over this list, I see at least one item I can make available immediately, "51 Witnesses: The Grassy Knoll," by Harold Feldman.

There is also a link to a Salandria article, the online version of which has its origins in an old issue of Fair Play. The version linked to looks...not so good. I should probably re-format this and other Salandria articles using the Feldman article above as a template.
The Richard Starnes article is included in Addendum B. For some reason the version Ray Marcus included is a negative image, which is to say white text on a black background. Maybe I can scan it and invert the image with the right software.
