As to George Michael Evica's "Perfect Cover"...having received permission to make it available, I located and scanned it. It was 11 pages, each scanned at 150dpi. Saved in a single PDF file that weighed in at 13.7mb.

This site's "Manage Attachments" feature indicates it accepts PDF files up to 4GB, yet it objected rather strenuously when I attempted to upload "Perfect Cover."

I sometimes use a file sharing site called Dropbox, but it appears I'd need to identify those with permission to access it. Too complicated. I hope to make it available to anyone interested.

I don't have the stamina to scan this thing again. Not today, anyway. So I'll probably scan it again tomorrow, save each page individually, and upload accordingly.
