And now I must 'fess up: the software I used for the scan obliged me to save all the pages in one file as I proceeded. No do-overs. So when the right side of p. 7 didn't fully copy and I did it again...well, there are two of them. Numbered 34 in the original pagination, but pp. 7-8 here. Ignore p. 7, go directly to 8.
Maybe one of those programs Magda posted would allow me (or you) to pull the file apart and remove the offending page.
BTW, before uploading "Perfect Cover" I uploaded something else as a test. This would be a list of Dealey Plaza witnesses scanned out of Six Seconds in Dallas, which some guy asked me to scan for him a few months ago. There appears to be a link to it at the end of the Evica article.
