Why do they bleat and bay like animals in Parliament, in response to comments made? I know it is some historic anachronism, but it makes them sound like mentally challenged animals, in addition to acting as if they are - and controlled ones, at that. I also love the man who with received English intones endlessly, "Ooorder, Ooorder, Ooorder":

The US 'representatives' are absolutely no better, but at least don't make barnyard/rutting noises.:
