I just reviewed the book on Amazon the other day - my first review of a book, actually. I could've added as a criticism that the book should've been a couple hundred pages longer. But, I know, publishers and all.
When I see statement's like: "Ferrie was murdered by CIA as he told Garrison's man Allen Campbell when he said "I'm a dead man". ", I wish I had some resource on the CIA's possible methods of murder designed to look like natural causes. Specifically in the cases of people like Ferrie, Banister, or even Morales. Does anyone have any information on the topic?
