I will put this on my reading list. I was intrigued (confused?) by McBride's statement in the interview that Kenny O'Donnell was among those who facilitated the assassination and cover up. Wasn't O'Donnell one of Kennedy's closest confidants and part of the "Irish Mafia" that formed his inner circle? I know he withheld his observation of shots from the knoll from the WC with the excuse that the "family and country wanted to put this behind them" but a facilitator of the assassination itself? I find that difficult to believe. Perhaps unwittingly in the process of planning the Dallas trip?

Does anyone know what McBride is getting at with this statement?
