I believe I even have a thread here somewhere on the assassination of Rabin...or was that erased at the EF....hard to remember....it was a big conspiracy and covered-up a la JFK.Peter Lemkin Wrote:Rabin was assassinated on Nov. 4, 1995 by a West Bank settler, Yigal Amir, who came from Sharon's terror hub, Kiryat Arba.
No disrespect at all to you Pete - and apologies for possibly hijacking this thread a little bit - but I hate it when reporters repeat completely false facts as the truth.
Rabin wasn't assassinated by lone gunman, Yigal Amir. The perpetrators were his own (Shin Bet) bodyguards. The death shot was to his chest fired from the front and Amir only fired two shots from behind (even assuming they weren't blanks, which some strongly argue they were).
Once a state execution has occurred and covered up (think JFK for example) the media always henceforward print the lie as the obvious truth - and simply disregard the facts of the case.
