I found the following on another forum which is about the death of Frank Olson, a CIA scientist working at Fort Detrick in 1953. He had nothing to do with the death of JFK, but his own death, first stated to be a suicide, was actually a murder committed by shoving him out of a high-story window, a "CIA suicide", described in a CIA handbook someone posted on the internet a long time ago which described how agents could make murders appear to be suicides or accidental deaths. I do not have a link to the handbook, perhaps someone may find it again.

The method is very similar to what happened to Grant Stockdale.

There is a link to added material on another forum which may contain more about the aftermath. It is a bit tedious to read and much contradictory information is contained therein, but I include it to provide some completeness to this story. I will add what Attorney William Frates reported:

"He started talking," Frates recalled Monday. "It didn't make much sense. He said something about 'those guys' trying to get him. Then about the assassination. He said he wanted to talk to me - that he had already talked to Billy Gaither (another attorney)."

I have not seen more references to Gaither's or Frates' statements.
