The infamous Kincora Boys Home during the Irish troubles has been revealed to have been such an operation. There are dark stories that two VIPs caught in that particular trap included a serving British Prime Minister and a Home Secretary, plus countless political "players" in Northern Ireland during the "troubles" there.
David, the inferences I have been drawing from many of the posts here is that there are a lot of very powerful people who are slurping up lots of honey from the pot without the slightest fear of being entrapped. Then of course there is the Maloney video. The Queen? Jeebers.
