Salandria was exactly right at the beginning. If LHO died in pre-trial custody - he was a patsy for a bigger plot. And I'm glad he did not let Specter off the hook - even at the end of his life.

He did exactly the right thing.

There was no way LHO could ever be allowed to go to trial. Salandria saw that at the very start.
