To add to his likely misery, he'll likely not be able to be treated in the USA either - given our wonderful medical pay-as-you-go system. So, some hospital will leave him on a bed in their ambulance area to die when he runs out of money or insurance [if he has any at all]...it has happened before. The blue meanies are decidedly in charge of the English-speaking world now. But the UK has lots of money to spy on its citizens [and others] or bomb/shoot them to oblivion....
