There's some warts with Ms Moret. There's like 200 miles between where this high energy beam allegedly took out Flight 370 and where the oil worker saw the flaming streak. Also the communications link went out about 14 minutes before the transponder. If a high energy beam were shot at Flight 370 it would have fried it on the spot where it lost contact and everything would have gone out. The techies say the transponder and communications were turned off manually. Also such an intense weapon would have fried the engine communication pinger too.
Mrs Moret said VietNam was brutally honest. Well if they were that honest why didn't they produce the wreckage for all to see? Such a high energy weapon would probably make some kind of signature on spy satellites. If the Russians could detect such an act they would have a field day on RT. Ms Moret also believes the US took out its own space shuttle with a high energy beam even though the cause was established as a chunk of ice impacting the wing that was caught on video.
Perhaps Ms Moret should contact Jim Fetzer?
Plenty of warts, Albert, and a few of them less than prepossessing. But the point isn't whether Moret's explanation is precisely correct, rather that she offers an alternative hypothesis worth examining, even if only to dismiss it. Her contribution does it least begin with & concentrate upon the two most important questions: what exactly did the US do; and what are its objectives?
And Moret hangs her hat on a real peg:

By the way, Jim Fetzer doesn't need to contact Moret, as he's interviewed her at least four times. One example:
