On September 20 last year, JH said here on this forum "John, Everyone seems to have an opinion about the photographs, but you also have to take into account what eyewitnesses said back in the day. You discount John Pic's estimate that step-father Ekdahl was over 6 feet tall, but whose opinion should we count more, John Pic's or yours? Pic got the other details of Ekdahl right on the money: glasses and hair color."
Well, the fact is, we don't have to take anyone's opinion. Ekdahl's height is listed on various documents from his travel to China as a young man.
Those documents list his height as 5' 10", 5' 10 & 1/2 and 5' 11".

No point in showing the other one as I don't have a clear enough copy at present. In any case, these should suffice to make the point.
Claiming Ekdahl was "over 6 feet tall" allows Sexy Sadie to claim that Marguerite was taller than she actually was.
This misinformation is further exacerbated by the fact that people do shrink as they get older - usually at least one or two inches.
SS star witness, Myra DeRous even said he had shrunk an inch since the 1950s.
How tall was Harvey? Myra said, "Well, I'm about 5'3" now, but I was
about 5'4" back then, and I would say he came up to about here
[indicating]. I would say he was about 4'8", 4'6", or about 4'8"." In short, the whole one "tall" and one "short" Marguerite is all smoke and mirrors and colorful fonts.
As usual, the whole premise of one "tall" Marguerite and one "short" Marguerite is all smoke and mirrors and big loud fonts.
