As regards the children's lack of knowledge about modern technology, do you conclude they were born into sexual slavery - a sort of Rosemary's Baby scenario?

Is the satanic aspect of child abuse a bi-product, so to speak, of international paedophilia or a central part of it, I wonder? It's never entirely clear, imo, which "taste" leads and which follows?

What does seem abundantly clear though, is that the international paedophile network/s have very highly placed members - and are protected by the intelligence services in a number of countries. The Detroux case shows also connections, as I recall anyway, to the Gladio network.

The Customs Agency documents described instructions for the impregnation of female members of the cult. It seems unfathomable that parents would willing to birth children into slavery. However, it is a theme that I have come across consistently in researching the phenomenon of satanic cults, it seems that the belief system has a justification for raising children to be abused and tortured. My opinion on this is mostly based on oral accounts, particularly the 'Greenbaum' speech of Dr. Corydon Hammond as well as the testimony of victim-witnesses in Dutroux and Franklin.

There are other accounts, such as alleged trauma-based mind control victim Claudia Mullen who testified to the Presidential Commission on Radiation in 1995, who have indicated that satanic practices when associated with the CIA act more as trauma-inducement as opposed to legitimate spiritual ritual.

The only evidence we have of the Finders association with Satanism is the feces and an alter found on the premises, and the photos of a goat mutilation ceremony with significant occult undertones (pregnant female, robes), so its hard to say how 'overt' or 'spiritual' the group is. The documentation acquired seemed to be more geared towards business.

I guess I am bouncing around a lot here. The one major overlap between the CIA and satanic cults is the use of mind control through trauma. I find it likely that the 'bloodline' children born into the cult would serve a purpose other than sexual slavery, but would still undergo significant abuse in the form of trauma-based mind control. The children purchased from foreign countries, as the Customs Report indicated was a regular event, would be put into the more 'expendable' positions.

As far as the relation between Satanism and child abuse... I think the motivations in child trafficking and abuse can be summed up in four categories: The pleasure by pedophiles and psychopaths involved in the abuse, the money gained from prostitution, videos etc, the purpose of mind control, and performing dark occult rituals. There are several groups involved in each of these categories. The Dutroux/Gladio network would be involved heavily in the first two, and possibly in the third. The CIA/MK-ULTRA scientists are largely involved in the third. Politicians and businessmen are mostly involved in the first. As far as intelligence and government protecting the networks, it is accomplished through entrapment and direct infiltration, both being widespread tactics.

I have come to the conclusion, though I am open to changing it upon seeing more evidence, that the top of the pyramid for all four aspects of child abuse is occult. The politicans and powerful people who abuse children, the gangs that traffic in children and pornography, and the scientists abusing children for mind control may never directly interact with the occult, but it is the occult which is protecting and overseeing the networks. I do not come to the conclusion that many of my peers have, which is that the dark occult networks are behind everything and are pulling the strings of every other mover and shaker in 'deep politics', but they are certainly protecting each other out of mutual interest.
