....and no one...less so a male....uses four fully 'stocked' wallets - three on the same day [even within less than a one hour period]. I'd be suspicious of all of them as fully 'real' and representing what was really in his pocket. Oswald, whatever else he may have been, was a trained intelligence agent - who would have adjusted his identity and wallet, accordingly. As he was IMHO in somewhat of a rush after the shooting in the Plaza, as he had, I believe, likely been led to believe he was penetrating an assassination plot and thus there would NOT be a killing; in his haste following pre-planned if X, then Y - he may have not double-checked his wallet for consistency in case he was arrested [which I do NOT think he anticipated] - or had part of it planted in his wallet [ID for both Oswald and Hidell, for example]. He was likely meeting his contact at the Texas Theatre and had been told he's be flown out of Dallas at RedBird [or otherwise exfiltrated out of Dallas]...but the fix was long 'in' on the patsy.....by then MONTHS in the planning. I don't believe the Oswald we saw arrested and later shot by Ruby had anything to do with the Tippit shooting. It is interesting to note, and too complex to fully flesh out here, that Plumlee, who claimed to be waiting at RedBird with a plane, was told they were waiting for one other, the description of which fit Oswald. Then he was told the person was not coming [timing consistent with Oswald[s] arrest[s] at Texas Theatre], and Plumlee claims to have then flown off to rendezvous with someone who's description matches that of Ferrie - but in [or just before] flight the plans were changed - and he claims to have returned directly to his secret Florida base where the flight had originated.
