From my reading of things they cared not to do anything positive or negative to Angleton or most anyone else in the 'Company' - only to achieve their goals, cover it up, force the hand of others to cover it up, and cover their tracks with false info and multiple false trails. I'm sure many suspected immediately who were involved; gathered proofs as things went on [without telling the Public] - but no one had the will to bring the killers to justice [and I don't mean the shooters]. More than just the President was killed. America as I and others knew it died as well....long having been ill - but capable of recovery - after Dallas was DOA.
