When they funded American abstract painters, besides being stupid and creating fake 'successes' in the art world, they broke the rule of CIA - to not use propaganda nor do operations inside the USA - which they have always ignored. Why they even removed our President [and put up others in the job as puppets].....among a few [thousand] other things. if ever there was an Agency needing to be abolished it would the all of the three-letter agencies [and a few four letter ones].
