Ditto. If war crimes mean anything, this os a war crime and those involved should be subjected to trial.
I think the chances of even being charged, let alone convicted, let alone serve any time is nil, IMO. Secret laws and secret negations of parts of the Constitution and other laws, which went into place secretly with COG on 9-11-01, make all of this kind of 'conduct' 'legal' in the U SS of A - now and until the Revolution.
