The students played a pivotal role in electing the new government and to Bachelet's credit she is a much better PM this time than last. Education is once again going to be universal and free to access for all. US style education is no longer welcome there. Not that they don't plan on going with out a fight but they have few supporters. They are also looking to get rid of Pinochet's illegitimate constitution. Not sure if they intend to restore Allende's constitution or start from scratch. Health care is another one that will be returning to free universal access.
