Anthony, can you provide some insights about Vreeland please?
Some years ago I was in contact with him over his 911 claims and found him to be entirely untrustworthy (I think he helped to bring Mike Ruppert down btw). As an example, I particularly pressed him on his claim that he had the direct telephone line number of Alan Greenspan at the Fed. He tried parrying the question (and a number of other questions about claims he made) but eventually felt cornered enough to provide it. It turned out to be the main switchboard number of the Fed Gee, what a surprise. I marked him as a con-man because of his quickly formed but close "business" relationship with Leo Wanta - who was a paid government snitch. Maybe Vreeland was a government snitch too?

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
