As I recall, Johnson was forced to ride with his rival Yarborough, though he tried to have his pal Connally ride with him and rival Yarborough with JFK. 2 birds with 1 stone?

I always wondered about that seating arrangement. LBJ & Yarborough supposedly hated each other.
