Yes that's it. I read the memo, posted a link, and logged my initial impressions on the "kill a 16 year old, get a promotion" thread in the justice forum.

As far as "takeaways" from the memo, you should all know that the entire legality of this opinion rests on a single asserted point of fact: That al-Qaida caused 9/11.
