When I read this the first thing I think is "Well, at least for once they are staying their own borders and not invading another country" Then I remember that a) it is still wrong to do it against one's own populace and b) they are still overseas in other people countries.
I look forward to the day that the minds and man power of the US military are put to useful work like re-forestation and street beautification and defusing all the worlds land mines and rehabilitating the open cut mines of the world. But I am not holding my breath while I wait.
