Is it possible that Ruby was allowed several times on a defense/intelligence sensitive flight without the required security clearance because he blinded the men in charge with a sexy girl or two? Sure, but is that the most likely explanation, considering, say, Ruby's apparently uncanny success getting away with shipping arms illegally to Cuba? Do you suppose the CIA monitored US-Cuban arms traffic kind of carefully? Something or someone compelled Ruby to kill Oswald, and I doubt it was his concern for Jackie. Why undersell the case?
Also, for thread continuity, elsewhere we were discussing Oswald's finances for the trip to Moscow. Is it likely that Oswald would have saved virtually all his money from his time stationed in CA for the marines, then use all our most of it for a multi-city U.S. trip, stops in several European countries before going to Moscow. And if he was clever enough to do all that, and locate the express-visa-service Soviet Embassy in Helsinki, is it likely he would not know or ignore that fact that he would surely have little or nothing left to begin a new life in a foreign country? And after that "thought experiment" fell apart, would he than travel back to the U.S., escape prosecution, surround himself with virulent anti-Castro operatives and pose as a pro-Castro provocateur all because he was "a spy in his own mind?" To me, at least, there is a much more logical explanation.
