If we assume that the SS guys and the motorcycle cop to the starboard side of the center of the vehicle have reacted "instinctively" by turning in the direction they heard a sound come from, and you assume that they are reacting to the crack of the supersonic bullet (as opposed to muzzle blast), then you might conclude that the bullet passed right between them. They wind up facing each other. If that bullet hit JFK (he, Connally, and Jackie has already started reacting), and passed between the cop and the SS, then the bullet would track back a particular direction...
It does not appear to me that the Dal-tex Building or the intersection of Elm and Houston would be in line with a bullet that passed between the SS guys on the starboard side, and the motorcycle cop on the same side, and went on to strike JFK.
