Very interesting posts, I thought.
Common sense says that a broken and flawed system would be repaired and reengineered to make it appropriate for the future, but the thinking here is that the opposite is taking place - that a rolling make-shift temporary fix is in use because no one has the balls to do the right thing. And, therefore, a final and irreparable crash is inevitable.
I strongly suspect the new BRICS financial infrastructure is one - if not the - reason the US has turned on Russia, and along the way reluctantly forced Europe to follow its lead. Note the following dates. On 15th July 2014, the BRICS nations finally signed the long anticipated document to form a new Development Bank. On 17th July 2014, Malaysian Airlines flight 17 was shot down over Ukraine. This week NATO Secretary General, Anders Rasmussen called for NATO members to reverse the decline in defence (war) spending and agreed to create an HQ for a rapid reaction force of 4000 soldiers to be stationed permanently (but with a play on words to make it seem that it is not permanent - which would be a breach of a promise made to Russia earlier) in the Balkans and/or Poland.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
