But at the same time they get to take out one of Russia's allies and weapons customers in Assad at the same time.
And get to test their new weapons and fighter jets in the Levant wasteland.
And a weak or destroyed Syria will strengthen Israel
Many birds with one stone.
The recent beheadings and kidnappings which have come out of nowhere are just a PR exercise in order to whip up public support for this perpetual war which will never actually be won.
A couple of weeks ago on BBC Radio 4, former Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, let the cat out of the bag about these beheadings. He strongly suggested that these poor men had been killed months before but that the films of their executions had been held back for the right time.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
