Inexplicable Wounds made by Special Bullets
seems unlikely you could get a chest wound running right to left if the shooter was behind and to the left.

If you're talking about just a wrist shot at that time, seems like that bullet would have to go thru Jackie or between jfk and Jackie to get there.
