The incorrect description probably came from Marguerite Oswald. If it were a deliberate skewing by Angelton of Oswald's stats he probably would have offered a height measurement that was off by more than a 1/2 inch. The Oswald description discrepancy was an accidental mole exposure that exposed themselves as the moles conspiring in the coup.
The idea that those COG agents were consciously guiding the assassination from the motorcade in coordination with CIA members puts the assassination to full form as the open coup d'etat it was. Oswald's cooperation and not blowing cover makes more sense if he knew he was surrounded by conspirators closely guiding the events.
I wonder how COG awareness affected the Air Force One communications?
