A. Yes.
How well do you remember it? Can you get close to quoting it verbatim? What did Sturgis say?
Scott Kaiser Wrote:A. I wouldn't think that Sturgis knew he was being recorded, my father had this recording device that had a mic which he had to unscrew part of the phone, the part you spoke into and he would put that part of the device into the phone, the other part of the device was a suction cup he would attach to the receiver or the hearing part of the phone, the tape looked like a regular cassette tape. My father did this often, there were a few times I watched him do it.
So this was a phone conversation between your father and Sturgis, correct? Any chance the recording still exists anywhere?
Scott Kaiser Wrote:Q. Are there any other living witnesses who can confirm the existence of the tape, who actually heard it?
A. Yes, four people that I know of who are still alive, my mother, Rudy Junco, Nino Diaz and myself.
Wow! Are any or all of these people willing to go on the record somehow? Is any of this included in that book you have coming out? Does it--or will it--appear anywhere else?
This will be hard for many people to accept without all kinds of confirmation, but to me it at least has the ring of truth. I can't think of the number of times John Armstrong and I talked on the phone and he named Sturgis/Fiorini as one of the prime suspects in the hit. This stuff belongs to history, and I hope you are able to make a record of it... and the people who confirm it. Thanks.
Q. How well do you remember it? Can you get close to quoting it verbatim? What did Sturgis say?
A. I was thirteen years old, I remember my father waking me up before school asking me to wash my face and sit on the bed, I remember what my father said and the tape he played, how could I ever forget? That was the day my father was killed.
Q. So this was a phone conversation between your father and Sturgis, correct? Any chance the recording still exists anywhere?
A. Yes, my father always had phone conversations, I can only assume that the recording would have been from a phone conversation he had with Frank or at the office my father and Navarro had on Flager where there a girl would type up documents and record conversations. I'm not sure how my father recorded Frank, all I know it was him on the tape.

A. I know for a fact that Rudy, Nino and I would all go on record, I have a recorded conversation with Rudy. Here it is. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2067...%20CIA.MP3 . Everyone but my mother would go on record she is still upset at me for going through her things when she was visiting her sister, this is not something she likes to talk about. My mother never wanted my father information to get out.

Everything that I know or have learned about my father including his associates will be published in my up coming book that my mother does not want me to release, but I fell my father's story should be told.
