According to John Pic's Warren Commission testimony, Marilyn Murret, a "freelance teacher" working in Australia and Japan, visited him in Japan on the very eve of the news breaking of Oswald's defection, to tell Pic that Oswald was "travelling in Europe" with "money he saved up in the Marine Corps."
Given the fact that even Oswald's mother didn't know he was heading to Europe (and taking his savings with him), you gotta wonder, how did Cousin Marilyn Murret obtain (from a continent or two away) such timely and detailed information about Oswald's travels?
