A comprehensive survey. It's a pity that most of those doctors yielded their opinions to the pressures of the Warren Commission.
I just cannot connect the dots between a rear exit "blowout" wound, JFK's "probable" head position (unfortunately based on the Zapruder film) and any reported shooter's location. Unless the fatal headshot occurs very early in the sequence, when JFK is looking to his right (left from zapruder's vantage), and well before he stops visibly struggling, there is simply no way to line up a shot from the grassy knoll, the picket fence, the sewer grate, or any location on the north or west side of the road to a (slightly higher) right temple entry and a (slightly lower) right rear exit.
Possibility A: A head shot shooter under these circumstances would have had to have been standing on the Triple Overpass, which had 2 DPD officers posted there (Foster and White?).
Possibility B: JFK's head was turned to the side (his left), and bowed forward enough, for the driver Greer to make the headshot.
Possibility C: The Zapruder film had JFK's head position significantly wrong, and the shooter could be anywhere.
