I also note that the footage compared in the OP was from WNBC which owns the very highest portion of the ESB's antenna. It is also interesting that the plane or helicopter from which live clip 2 was taken begin to zoom in on the building BEFORE the "plane" struck the building, however it could be that a sharp eyed camera guy might have spotted what the much lower resolution camera couldn't, something approaching the building.
Query. If clip 1 is a stationary mounted camera, why are the towers slanted at an angle. You would assume a building mounted camera would be correctly vertically oriented. Clip 1 has to be a handheld.
