Thanks for the bonus stuff, Don. I noticed on your blog you wrote that you were surprised that the book hadn't attracted more attention. I think that there is such a glut of conspiracy/hidden history books (and especially way too many JFK books the last few years), that the market is saturated.
And with the way the world is speeding toward self-destruction, I think a lot of us are feeling very overwhelmed by events. Personally, I have to limit how much time I spend on this stuff.
