They'll have to pull their troops from Africa and the ME. Which is probably a good thing. At least they will be inside France for a change. Now if the the US can be made to keep their troops home it will create more peace.
On the other hand, 100,000 Homeland Defence personnel should be able to cope with that - or are they there for harassing ordinary citizens? ::cuckoo::
