I agree Peter on the "when" question. The time frame to actually "plant" the photos at Ruth Paine's house after the assassination, to then be "found" by DPD, was very small. (1:50 PM to 3:30 PM, if we believe that DPD did actually find the photos) If the photos were faked, and the "how" involves more time than that, it is evidence of someone with foreknowledge.
