This video is important in relation to the acquisition of the original Wiegman and Darnell films that has happened lately...
After 2:30 Kamp talks about the recent locating of the Prayer Man films...He states that NBC still has the films in New York and that they are not at the National Audio Visual Conservation Center where Schnapf recently located them...(Edit: I called The Library Of Congress and they confirmed the films were not sent to the NAVCC in Culpepper...The agent was helpful and said they are probably still in the NBC Long Island City Archive)...Kamp was correct on that point...
43:23 - Kamp lies and says the record showed Oswald mentioned being out front on the steps twice...Any careful analysis of these claims show that it is an intentional misinterpretation by Kamp of alleged notes that were written afterwards by the investigators in order to cover-up what Oswald really told them...

Kamp continues to lie by saying Frazier said Stanton was to his left over by Pauline Sanders...What Kamp is deliberately not telling you is when Frazier spoke specifically about the time period in the Darnell Film he made clear that he was facing and staring at Sarah Stanton...The full four second Darnell clip shows Frazier and Prayer Man looking at each other...They are the only two people who never move in the clip and they are seen at the exact time that Frazier said he and Stanton stared at each other in shock...Frazier said Karen Westbrook had just gotten to the steps when this happened and we can see Karen Westbrook right there at the steps in Darnell...Lovelady placed Stanton in the Prayer Man spot AT THE TIME OF THE WIEGMAN CLIP in his Sworn Statement...He said Stanton was to the far right of the entranceway...And Stanton herself said she couldn't see the limousine at the time of the shots...We can see in Altgens that the west wall of the portal blocks Prayer Man's view of the motorcade...Kamp omits all this because he knows it refutes his lies...Ciphered Past lets him get away with it and doesn't point any of this out to Kamp or make him answer for it...Anyone can look at Altgens and see Stanton is not to Frazier's left...
