RFK Assasination Legal Case Update by Russ Baker
#11
William F. Pepper, Orders to Kill, is an epic account vindicating Ray. Clinton Justice was on the wrong side in 1999, and Jesse Jackson got some 'splaining to do.

Regarding Sirhan and Moldea's slam-dunk

I read the Turner-Christian, the Klaber-Melanson, the Shane O'Sullivan, know of Noguchi's four-of-a-kind confirmed by the acoustic test

We know of the Polka-Dot Dress woman as a trigger, how dangerous she was to the AID/CIA/LAPD polygraph inquisitor Hank Hernandez

The hypno-programmed patsy, product of a spin-off of CIA MK ULTRA et al

Now another proof of the extant administration's Flight from Justice

Which could all be made right were Sirhan's case to be revisited

It was 1968. Tet rocked LBJ back on his bootheels and whimpering he'd lost Cronkite he cried no mas, no mas in March

The next month Holloman strips security, FBI moves King to the balcony, Jesse is below engaging the man in conversation as Marrell McCollough sits in his auto watching

Soon Bobby would calm Naptown and be led like prey into a trap to suffer death from the shadows

Just as Oswald couldn't shoot the president in front from behind

and Ray couldn't shoot King from a window blocked by brush

so, too, Sirhan couldn't shoot Bobby point-blank from a distance

If the current administration weren't bowing to Saudis and cutting deals with Turks and Burma it could get justice in the trifecta

gaining a place in history unlike any ruler of any realm

Release the Joannides files to the New York Times and the Washington Post--if the Unabomber could merit 35,000-words for a seventeen-year spree killing two, what is fifty years and the destruction of a subcontinent on the other side of the world and a generation or three here worth

Reopen the King outrage--I have a dream? Dreams of my father? What of the dream of justice now for all--

Reopen the RFK case, freeing Sirhan and extraditing Cesar as at least a material witness in an unclosed murder case

As Sibel Edmonds points out to James Corbitt, escew the partisan in lieu of deeper investigation

To Thomas Noguchi, a premier candidate for a Medal of Justice from the proposed Commission on Truth and Justice Regarding the Decade of Assassinations

Powerful.
Eschew the partisan in lieu of deeper investigation.
Nuff Said Almost.

Dawn,
I agree and highly recommend Melanson's book. Both his RFK book and work he did titled "Secrecy Wars",
a pre-911 warning of national security state coverups.

Lisa Pease future work, I'll buy without any recommendation just on the basis of her RFK work in The Assassinations and PROBE.
Read not to contradict and confute;
nor to believe and take for granted;
nor to find talk and discourse;
but to weigh and consider.
