Adele, I fear that the whole banking system could, probably will, go belly up in the not to distant future. As it presently stands, the financial markets are being overtly manipulated to keep the beast just barely breathing. But the number of tubes going into the patient attest to the seriousness of the condition.
The consequences could be appalling, of course. But it would bring an end to US tyranny and hegemony. The question then would be what sort of bird is birthed from the fire? A generally benevolent one, or yet another flawed and selfish one that simply reflects man and all his fragilities? The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge. Carl Jung - Aion (1951).
