If you read Dr Stalcup's response to the NTSB denial of his petition to re-open the investigation you'll see there's no doubt the US government is practicing a very crude form of denial that permanently destroys the integrity of American democracy. The level of primitive deceit and denial is so bad that it equates to a cowardly type of undeclared fascist take over of America by cowardly military liars. We need to man-up, not go to the criminals to get their opinion on their crimes, form some kind of means to resolve this outside their criminal control - and prosecute an overthrow of their evil power.

While I agree with you about the USA's general need to "man up," tell the truth, and face the consequences for our misdeeds, I want to point out that this is a lawsuit. In our adversary system of justice, litigants are allowed to cite only evidence that supports thier position in thier arguments. It is up to the judge to determine the facts. Let us hope this judge has the integrity and courage to speak truth to power.

James Tracy: "There is sometimes an undue amount of paranoia among some conspiracy researchers that can contribute to flawed observations and analysis."
Gary Cornwell (Dept. Chief Counsel HSCA): "A fact merely marks the point at which we have agreed to let investigation cease."
Alan Ford: "Just because you believe it, that doesn't make it so."

From that statement I'm not sure if you're familiar with the background of this case or what has already been done. The judges have already had their turn at this and failed. They've ignored evidence and law and honored false evidence and lies.
Time for alternate solutions.

From the link you courteously provided, it appears as if the NTSB's denial of a request to re-open the investigation is being appealed to a federal court. With a real appointed judge and everything. Appeals are adversarial in nature too.
Certainly, if you are asking a branch of government to change its previously made and publicized findings in an official investigation, you can expect them to defend their original findings.

Absolutely. When ever I think of NTSB I think of their "investigation" into the 12/8/72 murder of Dorothy Hunt and the others on that plane. Sherman Skolnick's research -which was mailed to me by him in 73 - set the record straight. I wonder if it is still online. Back in those days it was paper and cassettes. There was enough in the MSM (paper) at the time for me to know beyond all doubt that this was murder. Just not sure who had it done. At the time I believed Nixon, whom she was blackmailing, BIG TIME- but at the same time I knew Tricky Dick was being set up for a fall by the CIA and Bay of Pigs guys. Later Ashton Gray convinced me that it was the CIA who engineered it. Still not really sure, of the who. But I did believe E Howard would give some sort of death bed confession. Sorry the one he gave barely scratched the surface. Spooks take their secrets to the grave.
At any rate NTSB is a total cover-up op.

I think Dr Stalcup is making a mistake appealing the NTSB denial. At this point I think it would have more impact if he made an act of civil disobedience and declared the government is no longer credible in its decisions. Surely the appeal will be denied as well.
I think it is clearly time to seek "enhanced democratic techniques" against a contemptuous rogue government.
