No More WARS Mr. President
#21
The stampede of 2001-2002-2003 as template.
Wanna be "primaried out of the game and loose your place at the table for the glutton's feast"?

"Then make verbal noise and go thru the motions to keep the sheeple with you
but behnd conference committtee doors and in secret from the floor of the House and Senate chambers vote with the Empire, Or Else".

Clearly the people DO NOT Support more WAR.
I FEAR IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT ---
Like bailing out MAIN STREET.....forgotten after the (s)ELECTIONS.
Crap!
It maybe nice for the President to "seek approval" of Congress,
but when the game is rigged it means NOTHING TO ME for him to ask "permission" to kill in my name.
Damn it all.
The Empire had to find way to impose on my birthday doings.

PS. Thanks Phil for "Godzilla"
nice respite after watching the best run thru The National drag races at Indy!
Still a gearhead just an aging one.;-)
Read not to contradict and confute;
nor to believe and take for granted;
nor to find talk and discourse;
but to weigh and consider.

Various UK politicians Boris Johnson, Malcom Riftkind are asking for another vote in Parliament.

They will be better prepared this time as they probably know how to change the vote of 11 MPs.

The French PM is going to present evidence that Assad did it today to the French parliament, this should be interesting.

I think they have regrouped after last weeks setback and are giving it another go.

Regardless of the wishes of the people.

I'm sick of the parade of hypocrites blathering about how the US has to stop dictators from using chemical weapons. Apparently it's ok for the US to use depleted uranium, napalm, agent orange, phosphorus, whatever they used in Fallujah, Waco, the Panama Invasion...

So far they have produced ZERO evidence that Assad carried out the attack and not the rebels.

My American friends, do you think Congress will approve?

I hope not.. is there a campaign to contact Congress members?

John, yes Congress will approve it, and even if they didn't Obama would just go ahead anyway. The military-industrial-complex is in the saddle.

It matters NOT what Congress will do, Syria will be attacked by the United States. Last night General Wesley Clark was on "Anderson Copper" for about 3-4 minutes and he was all for this "non-war" against the people of Syria. Btw General Clark didn't mention his 2006 speech to The Commonwealth Club of San Franscisco where he stated that Syria was on the neo-cons hit list down the road along with Libya, Lebanon, and others.
